Orders within UK typically arrive within 5–14 business days after processing.
International Shipping:
For orders outside UK, delivery times range from 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Returns
We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit, and we're here to help make it right.
Returns Policy:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@santinoapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and further instructions.
Return Shipping:
UK customers are offered free returns. Customer outside of the UK are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we'll ship out the new item
